1. Warranty policy

– All products purchased at COSY FURNITURE are warranted, warranty period depends on each product.

– After the warranty period expires, if the product is damaged, the Company will provide warranty support with preferential price. Small errors will be provided by the Company for free warranty.

2. Exchange policy

– Within 07 days:

+ If the product is technically defective, it will be exchanged for free.

+ If customers want to change other products, the customer will bear the shipping fee and 10% of the value of the product you want to change.
